Today, she leads Ventura Capital alongside her daughter Natalia, driving a vision centered on expansion, impact, and service at the intersection of community, capital, and purpose.
Natalia Buitrago is the Director of Operations at Ventura Capital LLC, where she leads operations, underwriting strategy, and execution for real estate financing nationwide.
Originally from Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, Natalia immigrated to the United States alongside her mother, Ximena Sanchez, with a shared vision of building a better future through entrepreneurship and real estate. Before entering the real estate lending space, Natalia built a solid foundation in operations, client management, and process optimization. She served as Scheduling Department Manager at a medical practice in Atlanta, where she oversaw high-volume operations, managed complex workflows, and implemented systems to enhance efficiency and elevate the client experience. Her background also includes experience in construction operations and office management, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both business operations and real estate environments.
