Monica Dioda
Monica is the co-founder of Ventura Capital. Born and raised in Italy, Monica after receiving her law degree from the University of Ferrara, Italy and Georgia State University, worked on the mergers and acquisition team at the national law firm Jones Day.
In 2013, Monica co-founded FitMetrix, a software company company and after leading it through exponential growth, Monica was instrumental in negotiating a successful exit.
Following her passion for helping others thrive, Monica mentors and invests in technology and real estate start-ups. She is an active WIT (Women in Technology) member and previously served on the board for the High Museum, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and the southeast chapter of UNICEF.
But more than any good venture or opportunity to share her knowledge, Monica loves an early morning workout and a day spent with her two sons and friends.
Ximena Sanchez
Ximena Sanchez is the co-founder of Ventura Capital. She is determined to create win-win opportunities that help people succeed.
Born in Colombia, Ximena received her business administration degree from Antonio Nariño University. In 2010, she immigrated to the United States where she started investing in real estate helping people live up to their ambitions.
Alongside her passion for people, cultures, and music, nothing inspires Ximena more than her three kids and spending time with friends—whether they're celebrating a turn around the world or cooking a hearty meal to share with loved children.
